Vice Admiral Colin J. Kilrain Joins Constellis Board of Directors

HERNDON, Va., March 28, 2025 – Constellis, a leading provider of risk management and mission support services, announced today that Vice Admiral Colin J. Kilrain, USN (Ret.), has joined its Board of Directors. A decorated military leader with nearly four decades of service in the U.S. Navy, Kilrain brings significant expertise in national security, special operations, and global strategic affairs.

Kilrain most recently served as Assistant to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff from 2021 to 2023, advising on high-level defense strategies and interagency coordination. Prior to that, he was the Associate Director for Military Affairs at the Central Intelligence Agency, where he played a pivotal role in shaping U.S. national security policy. Throughout his career, he commanded NATO Special Operations Headquarters, Special Operations Command Pacific, and Naval Special Warfare Group Two, overseeing complex operations across multiple continents.

Kurt Takahashi Joins Constellis Board of Directors

Currently serving as Group CEO of Netwatch Group, Takahashi has redefined global proactive monitoring by integrating international operations, enhancing customer engagement, and strengthening market positioning. Previously, as CEO of Pelco, he orchestrated a complete corporate carve-out and led the company’s successful acquisition by Motorola Solutions. His leadership track record also includes senior roles at AMAG Technology, Quantum Secure, and Tyco Integrated Security, where he spearheaded transformative initiatives and scaled businesses with remarkable success.

Constellis earned Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Level 2

HERNDON, Va., March 13, 2025 – The Cyber AB has officially certified Constellis with the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2. CMMC is a critical framework established by the Department of Defense to ensure companies that store and distribute Controlled Unclassified Information and Federal Contract Information meet rigorous cybersecurity standards. This achievement reinforces Constellis’ commitment to protecting sensitive information and upholding the highest levels of security and compliance while supporting the U.S. government and defense industry.

Constellis Training Center to host second Drone Rodeo on June 3, 2025

MOYOCK, N.C., March 11, 2025 – Drone Rodeo 2025, Constellis’ second Unmanned Systems Industry Day, will take place on June 3, 2025, in Moyock, NC. This public event will feature live demonstrations of the latest unmanned aerial, ground, and underwater systems, as well as cutting-edge technologies such as Counter-UAS (C-UAS), ATAK integration, LIDAR, remote sensors, communications solutions, and Constellis’ Layered Extended Security Operations (LEXSO) platform. Attendees will see firsthand how these innovations are shaping the future as leading manufacturers and tech companies showcase their newest advancements. Drone Rodeo 2025 also provides a unique opportunity to network with industry experts in national security, law enforcement, defense, and logistics.
